BTC is at this moment on very very important level to breakout. and as the volume zone is there, a high chance whales will take BTC to higher level, where it can end to 24K view.
We have seen such breakouts as this in before years, what the expecting are.

19600 - The whale volume place to protect
20300 - Start MX volume
20600 - Uptrend confirmation
22300 - High MX volume
23400 - Breakout point
24800 - Expecting target
This targets can change some time with price, but its around this area.
