BTCUSD time to make decision breakout and pump or correction ?

As we said before price is near strong resistance zone of 40K and is been range for while and it can continue.

But what is going on?
price is range and not falling or rising because fundamental is strong and price is strongly bullish after while But Strong resistance zones are still remain valid like 40K--43K.

Now other crypto currency are usually in deep range too and are waiting for bitcoin.
