$BTC 4H Starting to look Bullish?!

If we can get a 4 Hour close above this green line here I will be looking for a good entry to go long on a few alts across the board.

If we drop back below this green line I will not be shorting but I will be flat across the board in USDT.

Maybe we see 60K Soon....
