It seems that BTC is compeleting its pullback which simultaneously may happen when BTC reacts to its cluster of levels on 39500 - 40k, on dynamic and static trendline.
If BTC could not break the aforementioned level, it might drop down to 30k. beside a descending flag has already been formed which is a strong sign of changing trend.
