The initial infamous DB that lead to the destructive DT only to lead to the all healing first new DB! The longer the time frame the more reliable, while they say to have a minimum of multiple months of time that make up these formations which is what is going on here opposed to them showing up on a day trading or 1 min chart. These are typically very strong technical Signals.
