NASDAQ:CIICCIIG is an interesting SPAC that will soon acquire the UK based EV producer Arrival (ARVL).
The bull flag has started after an accelerated runup in December, from bottom to top of the channel, and will probably only complete at the end of February. Coincidentally, around the time ARVL should merge with the SPAC. They will start the production of their vans in Q4 2021. (They already have a 1.2 Billion contract with UPS for 10 000 electric vans.)
The interesting concept about Arrival is their micro-factories, which makes them agile and fast to set up extra production lines if demand increases. Also, the vans hull is constructed from a synthetic polymer, developed by Arrival, which reduces production time and costs a lot.
This is definitely a great long-term opportunity, but at the moment there is no rush getting in this stock yet. From a technical standpoint, I wouldn't expect too much action till the end of February. From an economic (and more long-term) standpoint, I wouldn't buy the stock before production actually starts (proof of production).
