anyway. My target remains at 38, I am willing to wait, and if it never happens I am willing to miss out. there is no way I am willing to buy into a pump.

There are only 2 outcomes IMO, we keep pumping, and start breaking highs, or the pump fails, and the only place to go is check for a new local low, which is where my $38 or .886 retracement comes in to complete a harmonic.
