Since the DIxie dictates pretty much everything in the world thought i'd zoom out and see where we are at ..
imo we have already started the descent but with the 100 bps rate hike we might rally to 111 have a deviation around that area then down we go ..
China has offloaded about $100 billion over the past 6 months not sure how much Japan has but a fair bit recon both will continue to do so ..
IF you were sitting on $1.2 trillion i'm sure you would offload as well at these levels..
so yeah to sum up distribution stage or maybe a blow off top towards end of Q3 then super cycle .
IF this does play out and we nuke down most likely lead to a credit downgrade of the U.S and fun times for the rest of the world .
