Good morning Traders!
Our 20 days trend is still up, but is getting weaker than last night, makes me think about the posibility of an incoming breakout. Vix fell down during the night, we can see that clearly reflected on the prices of the market going for the VAH.
During night we went higher, but not as far as to get outside the current VA. We still can expect some volatitlity for the day, according to teh volume we have, but it is going down at a steady peace. For today, if VIX keeps falling, I will expect the market to make break free from current VA, an go look for a new one, perhaps in the same area that we have above us. As I do not like to buy this kind of breakoutws, I will wait for the market to either come back from a rejection to the VAL, to go long, or for the market to generate a new VA.
