On Tuesday the S&P 500 rallied before it broke to lower prices. This structure I refer to as a false sense of security. The issue is were the buyers that cause the rally profitaking or are new buyers entering the market. If it is the latter this could be a change in market direction based on price action. The overall market environment fundamentally is still very volatile in this market could easily continue to go lower. However, if someone is on the short side of this market you do not want to see 4290 again, especially on Wednesday. I'm looking for an inside day.
