ETH long but not for long

If you look at the price action of ETH especially last year arround the same time. ETH tends to make one deeper pinbar that touches the 200 MA before running up.

That second pinbar didn't formed yet and suprise the 200 MA is hovering slight below it at 3000K level.

So what do you think will happen?
