Recap: We had a ping at Decision 2, but no cigar. Space is again running low, and we could see some notable move, but unfortunately things are not looking great in the short term for ETH compared to BTC. This could change in a flash as there is some good support looming, but there is no denying that ETH has lost some of it hard won independence. The chart had to be a 2 Hour chart as once ETH takes a direction after a presumed lag (not in percentages, but in historic comparisons), things could get leggy. Therefore Green 1 seems a bit distant and could be vulnerable to a BTC correction from its Green 1, but that is now really looking into a crystal ball. Downside seems clear because of recent price action.
Conclusion: Both ETH and BTC is in a tight spot, with BTC showing potentially an easier break of resistance. Remember: No guarantees, only probabilities.
