ETHUSD - 4 Hour, Neutral Bullish?

Okay that wasn't click bait, It's crazy but I'm calling long, but not going long...lol. We are in my No Trade Zone, unless you're a scalper today.

Reason for long? Bitcoin bears are showing signs of weakening and we may get a reversal of BTC to around 10700. So that said, we may have a small reversal as well...

IF we break the Point Of Control, I'll be turning Bullish Short and Mid Term. If we don't we are heading down...

Tuff call in the 4 hour, You guys agree?

MID TERM: Bullish Neutral
LONG TERM: Bullish
