Divergence in Ethereum

I think there is quite difference in the RSI and The Price of ETH. I dont know whether it can be a sign for a bullish momentum, but it surely is something as the strength is increasing or same as shown in the RSI but the Price was falling which means the price is falling but it does not have much strength and maybe its time for some bulls to takeover ETH. Please share your thoughts on my theory.
