Before 1.3525 is breached, looking higher

I'm expecting EURUSD to retrace the previous decline from 1.3811 to 61.8 retracement, if from this rise it holds its support at 1.3624s I'm gonna expect more strength to 1.3950 til January
I'm switching my bias when it breaches 1.3525 level.
