We are in a downtrend but with the inverse head and shoulders the chances of us continuing down are very slim.

Yes we were unable to break the neck of the head and shoulders but we were unable to see bullish momentum either...

This is how the retest looks when paired with the RSI. It is a divergence indicating weakness
for selling.
