GERN - DIAMOND TOP/BOTTOM - BULLISH MOVE

All, this chart sucks in all honestly, but think we are looking at a reversal here, needs to hold exact level it's at before moving up or may drop down one level bounce and should break out the top. Either way WW this week/next.
