ICP-hesitated long
Introduced in 2021, ICP is a difficult guy for applying Elliott rules, so in this case Fibonacci rules might be better choice. It's in a 1st motive wave in M frame, as long as it's still alive for this season and the coming and the coming seasons, Fibonacci retracement rule introduces a 1000% run-up for ICP from this point.
