My interpretation of the current situation is that we could be setting up for a nice move - direction unknown though I'm bearish.
The chart shows we are trading at the bottom of the 200BB and the 100 is contracted. Short term bands are reaching full contraction.
We are in a weak, contracting trend on the CCI
RSI is trending down.
