NeoBtc A possible Wave C incoming upwards 100% profit target

Btc dominance just hit a resistance trend line and come downwards which resulted in Alts coin gaining momentum and momentum meets targets.
Neobtc has been historically taking alot of resistance from 8 ema. This week closure above 8 ema would be a good sign to buy Neo next week.
I am expecting a WAVE C incoming with target at 1.618 level and that is hitting 2500 sats.
There is a big resistance at 2500 sats and alot of confluence.
