NIFTY has given a bullish momentum above hammer candle's high which was formed on Friday. We planned to but above 15790. As soon as a candle closed above , it gave a nice momentum till 15850. This is likely to continue.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 1/5 Min candle closes above 15855. We will long for the target of 15950 and 16050.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle close below 15735. Below that target will be 15650 and 15550.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
Safe traders should consider buying after a pullback.
