NIFTY has closed on a positive sentiment after a hammer was formed on the last trading session. It opened with a big gap up. 10 o'clock range broke upside above 16200 and gave a momentum till 16287.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 16290 we will long for the target of 16340-50, 16400 and finally 16500 levels.
In case a 15 Min candle closes below 16200, we will short for the target of 16150. Below 16140 we will retest 16060-70 levels.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
