Cup & Handle Breakout?
Can Oracle break out?
I would think this stock falls in to the value category especially in the tech sector if I were to guess but it keeps chugging along. Oracle missed revenue on it's earnings in early June but did not go down an awful lot. If you look at the 20 year monthly the stock is definitely in a slow and what I consider, safe up trend.
Possible Breakout at 56
Stop at 50.5
Target 1: 62 to 69
Target 2: 76 to 82
Just an idea and I feel the stock is undervalued.
