....And suddenly we're bearish #Crypto #bitcoin
It is very rare that I sell my HODL holdings, But I have park 50% XRP into cash and sold all Link. There is money to be made here and I am looking at a minimal 20% increase in my Holdings when I do so. Ill be looking at Ethereum next but at the moment is the strongest of my bunch.
But Why??
The economy looks set for a recession and there is nothing anyone can do. But they can keep pushing it back as much as they can, But I believe now is the time it gives way. A recession is actually the best case scenario, but IMO I think it can be much worse.
If Bitcoin is to play the role of digital Gold then, we going to see some downturn but will perhaps outpace Gold and come out strongest than any other asset class. Remember we are in a currency war.
The Technicals
We started the year pretty good, Got my CFD trades to a flying start, I saw the top using Linear Regression and Stochastic rsi but waited for the correct selling trading signal. Which occurred already for BCH BTC (last week) and tomorrow LTC. That is on the 2 day chart. Things are telling me that will see a drop in price and that has already happened today.
From what I have learnt that on the weekly chart, more times then not is when the stochastic RSI is above the 80 for some time and than it closes below is that week we see a green candle, but the following week we usually see a big fall and that week starts Monday.
