QTUM breaking out, SO Long Position ?but

Hi, alot of people was asking about QTUM here is a setup if it break out and go to 15 so this is a perfect time for long entries but keep an eye on breakout if it break out then take entries otherwise wait .
if it breakout move your stop loss to Breakeven so enjoy your profits
if it does not break take entries at resistance
