Inv H&S Best chart out there! $.10 then $.25 incoming!

RBC is forming a Inv Head and Shoulders here on the Weekly. Rsi and Macd are very bullish. Macd just starting to cross up and RSI at 25. This is a potential 10-20x move. The $.10 area looks to be the neckline. So in my opinion we will be there soon to finish off the head.
