Ritestream sink or swim??

Currently sitting at post halving all time lows. The rest of the market in many cases have broken out within the past week or so.... Ritestream is forming symmetrical triangle pattern with the 4th bounce looking imminent on the daily chart.
Could we see a breakout to the upside following the 4th bounce???
