There is a lot of risk in trading this small cap coins as the can be easily manipulated or die.
To me this small candle might mean the selling is done so bears are failing to take the price further to the down side or it can mean an indecision at this point
if the base is broken there is a possibility for the price to go down another 20% or more if this happen if this happens my strategy is to dollar cost average from those levels
