VCP characteristics, Base on Base structure

Exhibiting good relative strength.
Tight contraction on the right hand side and volume dry up in the last couple of days.
Volume surge in shorter time frame.
Surged through pivot at 741.
Broader market is weak, therefore sizing 10% of portfolio.
Bought at 735, will close if breaches day low.
