SILVER MIC Short position

i was little bias about short position in silvermic. i took this trade downside 1:3 risk to reward

Stoploss hit in single candle. This is the only reason i dont like silvermic it does not move much through out the day but it move 1000+ points is 1-5min cande and then stay sidewise whole day.
Is anyone have good Strategy or technique to avoid this because it doesnot trigger sl.
