This is not a Fundamental analysis or very long-term, like 5-7 years ahead!
This is an analysis to explore the possibility of a correction of 10% or more in the next 2-4 weeks!
I would rather publish my observations of the price pattern and let you decide!
1- Similarities between Tesla in the past bullish rally and this one:
2- Spinning Top Formation at 1.618 Fibonacci level and confirmation:
3- Down Volume phenomenon: price going up at lower volume!
4- Put/Call ratio>2.29 in the next 2 weeks and 1.3 for the next 30 days!
5- Max pain 1000-1150 in 2021
You do the math, and trade based on evidence!
FYI: I have never closed my Tesla shorts (naked puts ) with loss..!
