USOIL Chart Repair 🔭🛠️ Medium Term

I continue to work on the USOIL counts. Previous update
was incorrect as wave [i] of the ending expanding diagonal was longer than [iii]. I reassembled the count in a way where I keep waves in the teal area labeled wxy. The count now indeed allows further run up but the bigger picture is largerly unchanged.

The weak point here is that wave 2 is quite complex and extended compared to 1 and each next subwave of wave 2 is longer in time than previous one. However, there is a certain Fibo rhythm in this and I like it more than all previous counts.
