BTC NEW ATH!!

Just a random thought came while watching panic in the market, people are liquidating their investments from XRP, there is a fair chance that they are also taking out their money from XRP and investing in other strong cryptos like BTC. If this would happen there is a fair chance that then BTC would go up without going below 23K...
