XRP - H&S reversal?

Just observing the Head & Shoulders formation that has completed in XRP which projects a rally to over $0.72. If it can confirm a close above $0.73, then there will be a lot of confidence that the lows are behind.

However, the article in Zerohedge today about Tether (USDT) being of questionable integrity puts a large cloud over the apparent euphoria in the crypto markets right now.

Look at that! A classic re-test of the neckline to confirm it as support and then renewed confidence. It needs to break lines of resistance at $0.68 and at $0.70 before $0.73. After that, the next major resistance looks to be around $0.80. After that its $0.93.

Oops, there goes $0.68 on Binance.
