Ripple is a centralized project designed for the financial sector. The SEC's lawsuit although it has gaps, is forceful, if it's considered a security it will have legal consequences for the company, for the executives and also will be delisted in the U.S. exchanges. There are already 4 who have delisted it.
Think of it coldly and reasonably, if you are a company or a bank in the financial scene, would you work with a company with serious problems with the SEC? Of course not, neither company takes avoidable risks. It has become useless and they should move towards decentralization and negotiate with the SEC but they prefer to save their ego.
There are areas with resistance and small rebounds are possible but before January 15 we will see it around 0.10 cents.
