XTZETH looks oversold, XTZUSD to new highs?

USD chart in and of itself is not a buy as its uncomfortably sat rangebound between $4.20 and $2.

But given XTZETH we see either two things
1) XTZ runs on the USD soon, even harder than ETH
2) ETH dumps and XTZ retains its value relative to ETH

$2 is double bottom
