Ghana sets Dec. 19 deadline to apply for debt exchange

Ghana's finance ministry said on Monday that the deadline for domestic bondholders to apply for a debt exchange is Dec. 19 at 1600 GMT, and that new domestic bonds will be issued on Dec. 23.
