TUE ADX Crossover Signals V1.0This simple indicator gives you a way to visualize ADX crossovers on your chart and is a good companion if you like to trade with the ADX.
Green candles have a DI+ over DI- crossover, and vice versa for the red candles.
It gives you the ability to turn on and off BUY and SELL signals generated from the ADX crossovers.
Code is provided open source, feel free to use it for any purpose other than resale.

DMI Trade Zone [Alorse]Through the DMI Trade Zone you can find safe areas to trade in the Spot market.
The logic behind the indicator is:
- If the Positive Directional Movement (+DI) is greater than the Negative Directional Movement (-DI) then the Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) will be green with an opaque white background.
- If the Positive Directional Movement (+DI) is less than the Negative Directional Movement (-DI) then the Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) will be red.
Trading Range FinderWhat is it?
This indicator is a visual representation of the ADX indicator that shows where the areas of weak trends are. Anything shaded in a gray background implicates that the chosen market is experiencing a weak trend.
These areas of weak trends are seen typically when ADX drops below 20-25 but this script is customizable to change where you want that threshold.
Why did I make it?
I made this indicator to be used in combination with other trading indicators to eventually be used to identify when a market is range-bound/sideways.
Since momentum-based indicators can be "thrown off" in sideways market conditions, I will be using this visual indicator to identify when it is best to filter out a trade signal in a momentum-based strategy.
Bollinger Band + RSI + ADX + MACD + HeikinashiThis script takes into picture Bollinger Bands, RSI with a comparator value, ADX with a comparator value, and MACD with Heikinashi Direction
THIS IS A LONG-ONLY STRATEGY. SHORT TRADES ARE NOT INCLUDED
Strategy:
The Strategy takes a trade only after ALL the following conditions are met.
Candle low is lower than the Bollinger Lower band
RSI is higher than the comparator value
ADX is higher than the comparator value
MACD value is higher than the Signal value
Stop Loss : Max of (Low of the candle - 0.22% and Close of the candle - 0.32%) - FYI, because its max, it's lower of the 2 and your risk is lesser
Target : Max of (Bollinger Band Upper band and 0.75% of the value of underlying) - FYI, it takes the maximum available
Reversal with Bollinger Bands + RSI + ADX + ATR (Upgraded)Hi,
Welcome to my 4th script.
Someone asked me some questions about the Bollinger Band strategy I previously published. When I went back to my published script I couldn't help myself but simply try and make it better. Which I did.
Since I've published that script, I've gained much more knowledge about how Pinescript functions. As well as gaining more and more knowledge about how the markets are structered etc.
In this reversal script we use 4 indicators to determine good entry signals, we determine whether the market is ranging or trending and we still only want to take trades in the direction of the "trend".
Bollinger Bands are used for our entry signal. When price hits either side of the band, we wait for a reverse candlestick before we enter a position.
RSI is used to determine if we're in a trending market or in a ranging market. You can adjust the values in the inputs. You can determine the minimum RSI value and the maximum RSI value.
ADX is used the same way as RSI, you can adjust the value in the inputs. You can determine the minimum ADX value.
Last but not least we use two EMA's, a 200 EMA and 100 EMA. Both are adjustable through the inputs. I used two EMA's because I noticed when using this strategy that we'd enter a new position often after having a bad trade. Using two EMA's might clean up some signals, in my case with EUR/USD on a 15m timeframe, it didn't clean up enough signals.
All the default values are pretty decent but might require some finetuning on a certain instrument. Don't overfit the strategy though, that'll only give you bad signals in the future.
Then we are off to our exit signals.
Initially I wanted to incorporate my previous Bollinger Band exit signals as well, but it was too much of a hassle to make the script work as intended so I left it out. If you want to use those exit signals, just find my other script.
When we're in a position and price crosses the opposite band, we wait for a reverse candlestick before we exit the position.
Additionally we want our losses to be as small as possible, so we use RSI to signal us when the market is, or starts to, trend against us. This is where you use the minimum and maximum exit values. So when RSI crosses over or under that value, it'll exit the position.
Furthermore, we use the ATR indicator to set our stop loss, which is pretty basic stuff. You can adjust the ATR multiplier in the inputs. Disabling "Use Trailing Stop?" is really inadvisable unless you know this script inside out as your only exit signals will be opposite Bollinger Band Cross and RSI overbought / oversold areas.
OBV - ADX and DI+/-This is the ADX and DI+/- indicator applied to OBV!
This really clearly shows up and down, but using VOLUME! Don't ignore it, there is too much information captured in the OBV.
If you just love the ADX/DI format, it is included in a checkbox.
Want some excellent background highlighting, turn in on in a checkbox.

Directional Movement Index TrendThis DMI I modified to see the trend more clearly, and the ADX line changes according to the trend force, which is perfectly configurable, the configuration I left my default configuration, in case you want to modify it because you see the trend in different values, feel free, and basically the columns are the average of DI and also indicate the trend more clearly.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
DMI & ADX Trend indicator - colour coded DMI and ADX plotted on an indicator. ADX histogram is colored when above value of 20 and rising when aligned with trend direction as defined by DMI criteria. (Green=Bullish & trending / Red=Bearish & trending)
Absolute Strength MTF IndicatorIntroduction
The non-signal version of the absolute strength indicator from fxcodebase.com requested by ernie76 . This indicator originally from mt4 aim to estimate the bullish/bearish force of the market by using various methods.
The Indicator
Two lines are plotted, a bull line (blue) representing the bullish/buying force and a bear one (red) representing the bearish/selling force, when the bull line is greater than the bear line the market is considered to be strongly bullish, else strongly bearish.
The indicator use various method, Rsi, stochastic, adx. The Rsi method is the one by default.
The stochastic method is less reactive but smoother
The Adx method is way different, while the other two methods make the bull and bear lines somewhat uncorrelated, the adx method focus more on the overall market strength than individual buyer/seller strength.
The smoothing method use 3 different filters, SMA, EMA and LSMA, LSMA is more reactive than the two previous one while EMA is just more computer efficient.
It is possible to use price data of different time frames for the calculation of the indicator.
Stochastic method with 4 hour price close as source.
Conclusion
A classic indicator who can be derived into a lot of ways using a more adaptive architecture or recursion. Hope you find it a use :)
A big thanks to ernie76 for the request and the support/testing of the indicator
Feel free to pm me for any request.

simrido+ADXblue area is srd (simrido. i cannot find proper english word. so i named it srd)
red is ADX
if blue is increasing (or higher than 50), it mean price increasing.
ok i like SRD. it looks like RSI. so good!
--------
blue increase + ADX decrease = price can be decrease soon (or decreasing already?)
This is not my idea. it something like Divergence...
well....i still cannot understand this idea.
:)
anyway i hope you enjoy this indicator.
DI histo + adxThis is a DI + ,DI - with ADX , but instead of plot the 2 lines of Directional moviment ( + and -), we have a histogram of the difference between DI+ and DI-. As zero line I used value of 25, so can plot the ADX too
Kay_BBands v2This is the second version of Kay_BBands. But this is infused with ADX.
When +DI (Directional Index) is above -DI, then Upper band will be visible and vice-versa.
This is when the ADX is above the threshold. 20 is the default but can be set to 25.
When the ADX is below the specified threshold, both bands gets visible, showing no trending conditions.
Use it with another band with setting 20/21, 0.6 deviation. Prices keeping above or below the 2nd bands upper or lower bounds shows trending conditions.
INFINITE 2M ADX ( POLICKY )Always shows 2m ADX this helps to be on different time frames and still be able to see what exactly the 2m is doing
Scalper's Volatility Filter [QuantraSystems]Scalpers Volatility Filter
Introduction
The 𝒮𝒸𝒶𝓁𝓅𝑒𝓇'𝓈 𝒱𝑜𝓁𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎 𝐹𝒾𝓁𝓉𝑒𝓇 (𝒮𝒱𝐹) is a sophisticated technical indicator, designed to increase the profitability of lower timeframe trading.
Due to the inherent decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio when trading on lower timeframes, it is critical to develop analysis methods to inform traders of the optimal market periods to trade - and more importantly, when you shouldn’t trade.
The 𝒮𝒱𝐹 uses a blend of volatility and momentum measurements, to signal the dominant market condition - trending or ranging.
Legend
The 𝒮𝒱𝐹 consists of a signal line that moves above and below a central zero line, serving as the indication of market regime.
When the signal line is positioned above zero, it indicates a period of elevated volatility. These periods are more profitable for trading, as an asset will experience larger price swings, and by design, trend-following indicators will give less false signals.
Conversely, when the signal line moves below zero, a low volatility or mean-reverting market regime dominates.
This distinction is critical for traders in order to align strategies with the prevailing market behaviors - leveraging trends in volatile markets and exercising caution or implementing mean-reversion systems in periods of lower volatility.
Case Study
Here we can see the indicator's unique edge in action.
Out of the four potential long entries seen on the chart - displayed via bar coloring, two would result in losses.
However, with the power of the 𝒮𝒱𝐹 a trader can effectively filter false signals by only entering momentum-trades when the signal line is above zero.
In this small sample of four trades, the 𝒮𝒱𝐹 increased the win rate from 50% to 100%
Methodology
The methodology behind the 𝒮𝒱𝐹 is based upon three components:
By calculating and contrasting two ATR’s, the immediate market momentum relative to the broader, established trend is calculated. The original method for this can be credited to the user @xinolia
A modified and smoothed ADX indicator is calculated to further assess the strength and sustainability of trends.
The ‘Linear Regression Dispersion’ measures price deviations from a fitted regression line, adding further confluence to the signals representation of market conditions.
Together, these components synthesize a robust, balanced view of market conditions, enabling traders to help align strategies with the prevailing market environment, in order to potentially increase expected value and win rates.
