CLAIM FOR WITHDRAWAL FOR MY BALANCE

I traded, i an now reached the point where the Margins is above 50% ,and it is no longer opening a chance for me to continue with the tradind, i dont know what must i do from now on.Thats why i am claiming for the remains balance within my account,but i should have been still busy trading for a one year.Tell me more.
