Algorand is in a brutal Broadening Wedge Pattern, according to the textbooks it should do what is shown. Many alts, either OGs or legit layer-1 chains got absolutely rekt versus BTC caused by uncertainty of many things, Macro, SEC, bankrupt crypto lending companies, QT, scams like FTX and so on. Too many bad things and actors in the market and god knows what else, crypto in general got torn apart left and right since BTC touched 68k for the first time.
