AMDA drawdown: stay as far away as possible

Learn from my mistake. Bought in @ .66...after hours sunk to .49. I wonder what will happen tomorrow at 9:30? Bears (i.e me) will sell causing it to sink even further. AMDA to .26

could anybody please explain the latest fundamentals? i.e second public offering/warrants...i only study technicals, to fine-tune my TA over time as opposed to switching between learning both. i just want to get the gist of latest headlines and learn for the future. Best, Matt
