ATHA , Offering play , Long
Offering was for 4 million shares at 22.50 per share , expected to close on Jan 25th .
I took a position in the aftermarket today after finding this .
I like it for the following reasons:
-We are trading under book , P/B is 0.59
-Institution ownership is 67.30% I think this will help to reduce further sell off at these prices .
-Trading closed below the offering price and I see potential for an 11% gain assuming target price is set just under offering price of $22.50. I think $22.49 is a very modest target given the circumstances .
One concern I have:
We have not seen a proper reversal or consolidation to help us determine a good entry. Nonetheless, I am willing to enter this far below the offering price . I still like the risk vs reward and I am trying to take advantage of a small price move only.
