As a followup to my post earlier today I wanted to give some additional perspective on past Merger Arbitrages, both good and bad, using the Baxter BAX buyout of Hill-Rom last year and the failed buyout of Rite-Aid NYSE:RAD by Walgreens WBA in 2015.
