Just a quick thought here - this would fake out the bulls and the bears for a little while, and would correspond with DXY moving up very soon from the re-test of the channel it broke out of (area around 99-104 LFTs, 101-103 HTFs).
Failure or success of the HSi would hinge on DXY movement as well:
