We are currently waiting for the cycle to be over here. I believe we have about only a few more weeks left until we know what's going to happen. I expect the PI cycle top to show up sometime before October 6th. Then after that we will have about a year of bear to the 48 to 60k range. That should be the cycle low before the next 3 years push to 200k+ in 2029.
