It's very hard to say where BTC.D is heading.
It could go up in case of some serious panic selling of BTC. We heard of miner capitulation and it can happen. Also one beaish indicator - rsi on 4h has formed falling wedge and is sitting on support.
As for bullish case, i see that many altcoins are gearing up for some big gains, many of them didn't even move and look bullish. BTC hasn't broken bullish trend yet and we can still expect 10500. in case of BTC flat PA I expect dominance to go down.

Falling wedge is working for dominance uptrend. So, BTC will most likely go up and alts down.
