When Alt Season For BTC pair coins?

After showing a sign of weakness, BTC.D made a Lower High for the first time and just
barely holding previous support which is the neckline of this Head & Shoulder
bearish pattern. Break of this key support will bring down the Dominance to 61-60 level which
will help BTC pairs Alts to gain momentum to the upside but only for a few months.
Also, RSI previous Higher Low is now broken which adds more bearish momentum.
