For me this is a key turning point and potential buying point but I'm watching for now.
My expectation is that the trend will be broken, mainly because everyone has been filling their ALT bags and there is no rush to sell BTC right now. Also, each dip has resulted in a larger market cap at the low - which means people are not panicking anymore and willing to HODL.
If I was the MM, here is where I'd get aggressive either way.
Looking at indicators there is still a good chance my previous idea will continue to carry through:
