If history was about to rhyme, these are the levels and dates that I'd expect 
BTCUSD to bottom out before the next bull run:
Bottom 1 - 03/12/2023 - bottom around the 22500 mark, give or take.
Bottom 2 - 27/02/2024 - bottom around the 20000 mark, or near 2017 bull top (19950)
I cannot tell if that is going to happen, however if it does, I'll have my buy orders ready to go.
