Hi,
We are looking at the 4hour chart of bitcoin.
The red trend channel you see is the ''big'' trend channel and the black trend channel is the smaller one.
The first task of bitcoin is to stay above the lower black trend line and break above the upper black trend line.
If bitcoin does break above that black trend line and remains to stay above the lower black trend line I think bitcoin will challenge the top of the red trend channel.
Ofcourse we would like to see bitcoin break above that red trend and if it does it's quite possible that bitcoin will try to test the all times high also.
If it breaks that all time high we can easily go towards 30k or even more this year.
If it does break down the black trend line and moves toward the 10k, it's quite possible we could go sub 10k and test the 8500 area.
Lets wait and see.
